Mycelarium 100 Percent Checklist: Every Goal in Order
A complete Mycelarium completion checklist: 19 achievements, five magic shrooms, the alien ship, the T-Rex skeleton and the ending.
Mycelarium does not show a completion percentage, so 100% is a player-defined goal: all 19 achievements, all five magic shrooms, both deep secrets, and the ending. The good news is that nothing is missable. The map persists, the layers stay open, and a save can be continued after the credits.
This checklist orders the goals so that each one funds the next. It assumes Exploration Mode, because the ending is not available in Survival.

The completion checklist
Phase 1: Build the base
- Grow 1,000 cm (
Great start!) - Grow 50,000 cm (
We're just getting started) - Build an Absorber and a Predator Mushroom
- Build 20 Predator Mushrooms (
Small Factory) - Use a Repeller on an animal (
Fight back)
These are the goals that complete while you learn the economy. Do not chase the 100-Predator milestone yet; the food cost would stall the base.
Phase 2: Clear the first layer
- Connect a water pool
- Find the Water Shroom
- Find the Cosmos Shroom
- Drink 1,000 water from underground pools (evolution task)
- Grow 150,000 cm (
Serious business)
The first layer is cheap to clear and gives two of the five shrooms. The Cosmos Shroom is inside the stone maze; the Water Shroom sits near the first pools.
Phase 3: Build the mid-game economy
- Build a Water Mushroom and upgrade it (
Thirsty Shroomfor 1,000 water) - Build a fully upgraded Digger Mushroom (
The soil is mine) - Consume 15 full trees (
Like French Fries) - Build 100 Predator Mushrooms (
Industrial revolution) - Grow 450,000 cm (
My beautiful soil)
This is the longest phase. The tree and Predator milestones both need a defended surface economy, and the Digger milestone needs a full branch of points. Do them in parallel rather than one at a time.
Phase 4: Collect the middle layer
- Find the Flora Shroom
- Find the Fauna Shroom
- Scare off crows and squirrels 10 times (
Red Alert) - Use a Repeller on an animal 20 times (
Hold your ground)
Flora and Fauna sit in the Grey Dirt maze. The discount from Flora makes the rest of the run cheaper, so prioritise it over the defence achievements.
Phase 5: Deep run
- Find the Light Shroom
- Find the T-Rex skeleton (
Days of the past) - Find the Alien Ship (
Family Reunion) - Shoot 20 spores (
Fly my darlings!) - Shoot spores from a hedgehog (
Hedgehog Bus) - Grow 1,000,000 cm (
We are the Forest now)
The deep layer holds the last shroom and both secrets. The million-centimetre milestone is the long tail; it completes naturally if you keep expanding while hunting the secrets.
Phase 6: Finish
- Complete
The Great Migration - Confirm all 19 achievements are unlocked
The ending is the only goal that requires a specific sequence. The ending guide→ covers the preparation and the known trigger.
What is missable?
Nothing. There are no timed events, no one-time doors and no fail states. A shroom you walk past can be collected later, and a tree you consume is the only permanent loss on the map.
The one permanent choice is the game mode. Survival removes the ending and the evolution tasks, so a Survival save cannot complete the full checklist.
The 25% food discount applies to every mushroom you build afterwards. Collecting it before the 100-Predator and 15-tree milestones saves a large amount of food.
How long does 100% take?
The growth milestones dominate. A player who reaches one million centimetres has usually completed most of the collection and production goals along the way. A realistic completionist run is several sessions; a focused run can finish the ending in about twenty minutes but will not have the achievements.
The speedrun guide→ covers the short route if you want the ending without the completion list.
Do you need a guide for the secrets?
The secrets are location-based, not puzzle-based. The T-Rex skeleton is a visible landmark on the deep layer, and the alien ship is another deep find. The magic shrooms are the only collectibles with a layer-specific route, and their chambers are procedural.
A methodical sweep of each layer is more reliable than a coordinate list, because the coordinates change per run.
FAQ
Is there a completion reward?
No in-game reward is confirmed beyond the achievements. The checklist is a player goal.
Can I finish the achievements after the ending?
Yes. The save continues, and the map remains open.
Do I need Survival Mode for any achievement?
No. All 19 are available in Exploration, and the ending requires it.
What is the rarest achievement?
The deep secrets and the million-centimetre milestone have the lowest unlock rates. They require the longest runs, not the hardest actions.
